Our field staff, expert engineers, and designers have received the necessary training to operate safely in the most
demanding conditions. Our employees have received training on how to recognize possible risks and take the necessary precautions to protect
themselves, their coworkers, and the public at large, whether they are in crowded streets, building sites, mechanical areas, manholes, or underground tunnels.
Every employee at OCEAN LEISURE STORAGE (1987) LTD, from the top down, has the power and right to complain and leave any circumstance they feel is unsafe.
Preparation is Key to Safety Success
Crews are made aware of the possible risks connected to their projects and work locations beforehand, allowing them to
prepare for the tools and supplies they will require to stay safe. Following their arrival on site, they receive a safety
brief before work starts.Every safety brief is a practical and cooperative conversation about the risks associated with the
job site and the work being done that involves the entire crew. Following the identification of the hazards, the team decides
as a group the procedures and safeguards required to finish the task at hand in a safe manner.
Trust but Verify
Safety audits are performed on a regular basis to verify that workers have retained the training delivered
to them, and that they are practicing what they have been taught. These audits also provide an additional inspection of jobsites in
order to ensure there are not any other safety concerns that may exist that the crew may have overlooked. Auditors also look at equipment,
vehicles and gear utilized by the crew to identify any condition that may make it unserviceable.
